    Al-Hilal provides beautiful sight of snow flanked Dhauladhar ranges. Al-Hilal place was once a military base during the conquest of Kangra by Maharaja Renjit Singh.There is a guest house and Taragarh Fort located in close to this place.

    Bir and Billing Palampur 

    Bir a small village with a Tibetan Colony and monasteries in Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh. Bir serves as a landing ground for hang & para gliders and sheltered by the mountains. It is surrounded by tea gardens. It is also known for it's Buddhist monasteries and Tibetan handicrafts.

    Billing is 14-km from Bir and it is known for the best aero-sports sites in the world. Billing provide the opportunities for high altitude and cross-country flying for more than 200-km
