Eco Cave Garden is fast becoming a popular destination of all ages tourist, especially little children. It is a group of interconnected rocky caves and hanging gardens that leads the visitor into a mysterious and ancient dream. It is a natural park maintained by the local administration. Here you can introduce your child to an eco-friendly life.

The garden has six caves, which are named according to the animal they resemble hence there is a tiger cave, panther cave, bat cave, squirrel cave, ape cave and flying fox cave that one passes through well-lit tunnels. The routes inside are very narrow and at some places, you need to crawl on all fours. The gardens have an excellent approach to getting kids interested in nature and take a liking to exploring things.

The musical fountain, a first in Nainital, is a spectacle to watch as the evening descends. It operates through the months of May and June. 

Best time to Visit : To visit Cave Gardens in Nainital are from March till June and then again in September-October.
