Manali Attraction - Ram Temple Kullu

Ram Temple is an old temple in Kullu. Raja Jagat Singh was buit the Ram Temple on the top of the hil. He was also buit the Shiva Temple there. This temple is dedicated to Lord Ram.

Temple Design

The architecture of Ram Temple is pyramidic style of architecture. In this temple idol of ram was installed and it was brought from Ayodhya. Idol of Ram was kept here till 1661 A.D. But in 1889 A.D Raja Dilip Singh restored the Rama temple. 

A Trust looks after the temple Since 1981. Inside the temple there is also an Idol of  Sita and Laxmana is also installed. Dussehra festival is held here every year for seven days in this temple.
